Looking for one person to fit the role of my co-admin. As of now, we have one Admin(myself).
What will be expected of you:
What would be an advantage: (these are not required but would be great to have)
What will be expected of you:
- Assist with plot development and writing: Grindelwald is meant to be controlled by the Admin team as a collective with the Co-Admin taking head. Creative freedom to write and enhance plot on your own.
- Accept Applications: Read through applications to ensure they are following the basic rules. Critique and send constructive suggestions for improvement on applications. A willingness to work with members in creating characters.
- Assist in updating the site: Assistance with daily/weekly cleaning, moderating, archiving of threads and content.
- Daily activity: As one of the Admin you would be expected to be available at least once a day, even for a short time. (Things happen, that's understandable. I need someone who WANTS to spend at least a couple hours every day here, even just to pop in and chat on cbox with people.)
- A calm and unbiased nature: As an Admin you will encounter times of hostility. Experience in dealing with RP admin would be ideal, but it can also be taught to the right person.
- A working relationship with your current Admin team: We need someone that will want to chat and get along with the team in place. Since we will be working together to make this site, we will need to be able to talk and agree on things OOC. I would prefer someone I could occasionally meet up with in person, but as long as we have a way to chat online in-depth, off of the site, I can work around it.
What would be an advantage: (these are not required but would be great to have)
- Knowledge in basic coding (HTML, Java, etc) to assist with layout updates/site structure fixes, etc.
- In depth Knowledge of the HP Universe.
- A desire to create the current Headmaster of Hogwarts. (You have complete creative freedom, though I would love to work with you on the character.)
